Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Experience in inventory and cost accounting, with accurate cost tracking.
• Strong transactional accounting experience and accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end close for a portfolio of clients, including AP, AR, payroll-related tasks, and other activities.
• Handle specific accounting tasks within the month-end close cycle and ensure timely completion.
• Perform transactional accounting tasks—record, classify, and document financial transactions.
