Job summary

Hireframe, a remote staffing company, seeks an Account Manager to own 20+ US-based client accounts, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth. You will be the go-to person clients call when priorities matter, with ownership from day one and potential to grow into a senior strategic AM.

You will work in a remote-first environment, coordinating with recruiting on placements, maintaining data hygiene, and driving proactive solutions for clients across startups and growth-stage companies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or client-facing roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Willingness to work during US business hours and align with client needs.
• Highly coachable with a growth mindset.
• Strong goal-oriented mindset and accountability for retention/expansion metrics.
• Proactive communication with updates and issue resolution.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 20+ active client accounts across US startups and growth-stage companies.
• Conduct monthly client syncs, set agendas, capture action items, and identify future needs.
• Monitor account health and identify risk signals before churn.
• Recognize when a client is ready to grow and initiate expansion conversations.
• Coordinate with recruiting on active placements; serve as client’s accountability point.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date account data, notes, and next steps at all times.
• Escalate clearly and early when leadership is required for client issues.
