Responsibilities cover client coordination, delivery coordination across social, copy, and digital assets, plus workflow support from brief to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client services or project coordination.
• Background in digital marketing, content or creative environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working with remote or freelance teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships across assigned accounts.
• Support onboarding and project setup for new engagements.
• Translate client briefs into clear, structured deliverables.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple project types, including social media content and campaign assets.
• Track timelines, milestones, and delivery progress.
• Ensure outputs meet agreed quality standards and deadlines.
• Escalate risks or delivery issues where needed.
• Coordinate freelance talent across active projects.
• Maintain structured workflows from brief to execution until delivery.
• Ensure clarity and consistency in project briefs.
• Support smooth day-to-day execution across accounts.
