Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching and leading high‑performance teams with focus on development and performance management.
• Tertiary qualifications with strong research, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand client revenue, focusing on Platinum and Gold segments; manage end‑to‑end sales process.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing sales culture; recruit, induct, coach, and review performance.
• Oversee pipeline and activities in Salesforce; monitor market insights and client mapping to meet targets.
