In this role you will transform complex media data into clear, compelling stories for top-tier global brands, partnering with Research and Account Servicing to improve report quality.

You will mentor talent, leverage AI-enabled tools and dashboards, and directly support revenue growth and client satisfaction through insightful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Background in market research, data analytics, media monitoring, or journalism.
• Demonstrated leadership experience coaching and mentoring teams.
• Analytical ability to translate complex media data into strategic insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, and data visualization/AI automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media channels and digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Insights Analysts; set performance standards and conduct reviews.
• Oversee report production and client presentations to ensure quality, storytelling, and analytical rigor.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to optimize speed, efficiency, and data visualization in reports.
• Manage key client accounts, present findings, and collaborate with Sales on pitches and service evolution.
