Qualifications

Experience in market research, data analytics, media monitoring, or journalism.
Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring teams.
Ability to interpret complex media data and translate into insights.
Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, data visualization, and AI/automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong understanding of social media channels and trends.

Responsibilities
