Isentia Manila, Inc. is seeking an experienced Insights Manager to lead our Manila-based team of Insights Analysts. You will partner with Research and Account Servicing to transform complex media data into clear, actionable stories for global brands.

You will drive report quality, mentor talent, leverage AI-enabled tools, and support revenue growth and client satisfaction through strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Background in market research, data analytics, media monitoring, or journalism.
• Leadership experience coaching or mentoring team members.
• Excellent ability to interpret complex media data and translate findings into strategic insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), data visualization dashboards, and AI/automation platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
• Strong understanding of social media channels and digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Insights Analysts; set performance standards and conduct reviews.
• Oversee report production and client presentations to ensure quality and storytelling.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to speed up report generation and data visualization.
• Manage key client accounts, present findings, and support pitches and service evolution.
