Job summary

Shopee in the Philippines is seeking a Fulfilled by Shopee Seller Management Lead to own end-to-end seller acquisition, onboarding, and growth for our FBS program. You will build acquisition strategy, scale shop coverage, and incubate programs while developing a high-performing team.

You will partner with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Product to remove bottlenecks, monitor key metrics, and drive improvements in seller education, conversions, and performance post-launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years in e-commerce, business development, account management, or operations.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience managing seller or partner relationships.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the seller acquisition and onboarding funnel from interest to go-live; design growth plans.
• Improve seller education, pitch quality, and conversion with Relationship Managers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Product to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor seller performance metrics such as coverage, OOS, inbound compliance, and returns.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, policies, and tools.
• Prepare regular business updates and management reports.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for seller acquisition, onboarding, and account management.
