Responsibilities include onboarding high-potential sellers, presenting monthly analyses, solving logistics issues, and guiding sellers to adopt SPX services for mutual growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues.

• Good in communication both verbal and non verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and foster long-term relationships between strategic sellers and the SPX platform.
• Prepare and present monthly operational analyses and reports to sellers to improve performance.
• Onboard strategic sellers and pitch non-SPX sellers to adopt SPX as their logistics provider.
• Manage targeted seller portfolios including Shopee sellers, social sellers, and corporate brands.
