Job summary

Shopee's Operations team handles end-to-end processes from buyer search to delivery, analyzing KPIs and coordinating across Customer Service, Payments, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

This role focuses on feasibility studies, project planning, sourcing facilities and service providers, stakeholder coordination, and launching high-impact projects to improve operations and reduce costs. Travel to Mindanao region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Communications, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Strong communication in English and Filipino.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel locally (Mindanao Region).

Responsibilities

• Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance.
• Source, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners.
• Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Successfully launch high-impact projects to increase the operational capability of and drive cost savings for the company.
