Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved Seating Product Support orders; act as primary contact for customers on order status.
• Verify order details: part numbers, quantities and shipping information.
• Enter/update sales orders in the E1 ERP system.
• Maintain workflows in the Customer Management Portal (CMP).
• Utilize JIRA for information purposes.
• Collaborate with Product Support, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers.
• Generate Open Order Book reports per customer requirements.
• Lead tactical order status review meetings.
• Meet or exceed personal and customer service KPIs.
• Perform other duties ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
• Adheres to EHS practices and reporting of hazards.
