Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a detail-oriented logistics professional for onsite work in Tanauan, Philippines. You will manage seating product orders, verify details, and enter updates in ERP, while coordinating with CMP, Product Support, and Logistics teams to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to EHS standards in daily order processing and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved Seating Product Support orders, acting as the primary contact for Customers on order status.
• Verify order details: part numbers, quantities and shipping info.
• Enter/update sales orders in E1 ERP system
• Maintain workflows in CMP (Customer Management Portal)
• Utilise JIRA for information purposes
• Collaborate with Product Support Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers
• Generate Open Order Book reports per Customer Requirements
• Lead tactical order status review meetings
• Meet or exceed personal/customer service team targets (KPI)
• Perform other departmental duties including ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
