Job summary

RTX is seeking an onsite Seating Product Support Order Coordinator in the Philippines. You will manage approved seating product orders, verify details, and enter/update sales orders in the E1 ERP system.

You will also maintain CMP workflows and support cross-functional teams including Product Support, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers. In this role you will generate reports, lead order status meetings, and strive to meet KPI targets while adhering to EHS standards and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved Seating Product Support orders, acting as the primary contact for Customers on order status
• Verify order details: part numbers, quantities and shipping info.
• Enter/update sales orders in E1 ERP system
• Maintain workflows in Customer Management Portal (CMP)
• Utilize JIRA for information purposes
• Collaborate with Product Support Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers
• Generate Open Order Book reports per Customer Requirements
• Lead tactical order status review meetings
• Meet or exceed personal/customer service team targets (KPI)
• Perform other departmental duties as required including ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
