Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines (Cavite) seeks an Order Management Specialist to manage approved Seating Product Support orders and be the primary contact for customers on order status. You will verify details, enter orders in E1 ERP, and maintain CMP workflows.

You will collaborate with Product Support, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers, generate reports, lead status reviews, and ensure compliance with EHS standards while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved Seating Product Support orders, acting as the primary contact for Customers on order status.
• Verify order details: part numbers, quantities and shipping info.
• Enter/update sales orders in E1 ERP system.
• Maintain workflows in CMP (Customer Management Portal).
• Utilize JIRA for information purposes.
• Collaborate with Product Support, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers.
• Generate Open Order Book reports per Customer Requirements.
• Lead tactical order status review meetings.
• Meet or exceed personal/customer service team targets (KPI).
• Perform other departmental duties and ensure compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site.
