ResolvGlobal BPO Services in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support customers by phone, email, and chat during the holiday season.

You will handle orders, product questions, account updates, returns, and general inquiries while staying organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with e-commerce or consumer products experience and strong English communication are encouraged to apply; training aligns with US Eastern time.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Professional phone presence.
• Ability to handle customer questions and complaints.
• Detail-oriented with customers and orders.
• Able to multitask across multiple systems.
• Comfort using computers and customer service platforms.
• Email and/or chat experience.
• Independent and team-friendly.
• Able to work with sensitive information.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful experience during every customer interaction.
• Handle inbound customer service and order-related calls.
• Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the ordering process.
• Answer questions about products, orders, and available services.
• Resolve customer concerns and identify when an issue needs to be escalated.
• Process customer accommodations and order updates accurately.
• Document customer interactions and relevant information in customer service systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding escalated issues.
• Support customers through phone, email, and chat as required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction, particularly during busy holiday periods.
