Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or online retail is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and helpful experiences on every customer interaction.
• Handle inbound customer service and order-related calls.
• Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the ordering process.
• Answer customer questions about orders, products, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and identify when issues need escalation.
• Process customer accommodations and order updates accurately.
• Document customer interactions and relevant information in customer service systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding escalated issues.
• Support customers through phone, email, and chat-based communication as required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction, especially during busy holiday periods.
