Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful experience on every customer interaction.
Handle inbound customer service and order-related calls.
Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the ordering process.
Answer customer questions about orders, products, and services.
Resolve customer concerns and identify when an issue needs to be escalated.
Process customer accommodations and order updates accurately.
Document customer interactions and relevant information in customer service systems.
Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding escalated issues.
Support customers through phone, email, and chat-based communication as required.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction, especially during busy holiday periods.
