Qualifications

• Must have strong English written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, helpful customer interactions across calls, email and chat.

• Process accommodations and order updates accurately.
• Document interactions in customer service systems.
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
