Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking friendly Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for the upcoming holiday season in the Philippines. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, handling orders, product questions, and account updates with a warm, professional style.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, attention to detail, and experience with order management platforms. Training is conducted 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, with shifts 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST and at least one weekend day

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or customer support experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• A warm, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable handling customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with customer and order information.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
• Email and/or chat experience.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling sensitive customer information confidentially.
• E-commerce or online retail customer service experience.
• Apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer products experience.
• Experience supporting customers with orders, returns, exchanges, or product questions.
• Experience with NetSuite or another order management/customer service platform.
• Previous experience in a high-volume or seasonal customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful experience on every customer interaction.
• Handle inbound customer service and order-related calls.
• Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the ordering process.
• Answer customer questions about orders, products, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and identify when an issue needs to be escalated.
• Process customer accommodations and order updates accurately.
• Document customer interactions and relevant information in customer service systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding escalated issues.
• Support customers through phone, email, and chat-based communication as required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction, especially during busy holiday periods.
