Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking friendly, reliable Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our team for the holiday season. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat, handling orders, product questions, and account updates in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across systems. Prior e-commerce, apparel, or consumer products experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or customer support experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Warm, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable handling customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Attention to detail with customer and order information.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
• Comfortable using computers and customer service platforms.
• Email and/or chat experience.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Experience with order management platforms like NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful experience on every customer interaction.
• Handle inbound customer service and order-related calls.
• Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the ordering process.
• Answer customer questions about orders, products, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and identify when an issue needs to be escalated.
• Process customer accommodations and order updates accurately.
• Document customer interactions and relevant information in customer service systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding escalated issues.
• Support customers through phone, email, and chat-based communication as required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction, especially during busy holiday periods.
