Qualifications

• Proven outbound B2B sales development experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Comfortable with high daily call volume and regular rejection.
• Hands-on experience with a sales CRM for logging activity and managing pipeline.
• Strong prospect research to identify the right decision-maker.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound calls to target prospects in mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Research target accounts and decision-makers to build accurate prospect lists.
• Qualify prospects against defined criteria before booking meetings for the senior sales team.
• Book, confirm, and follow up on qualified meetings with target personas.
• Log every call, email, and touchpoint in Apollo to keep records accurate and current.
• Manage multi-touch outreach sequences that combine calls and email follow-ups.
• Keep CRM data clean, including contact details, accounts, and pipeline stages.
• Track outreach activity and prepare regular reports on calls, conversations, and meetings booked.
• Follow up persistently on warm leads and no-shows to move the pipeline.
• Share feedback on messaging and objections to sharpen outbound strategy.
