Outsourced.ph in the Philippines is seeking a Client Partnership Rep / SDR to join our hybrid team in Eastwood Quezon City. Hours are 6am–3pm MNL, with a focus on high-volume outreach and lead qualification.

You will manage inbound leads, conduct 60–70 calls daily, book meetings for Account Executives, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with the sales team to improve conversion and outcomes. This role offers growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR or related sales role.
• Experience with high-volume calling and email outreach.
• Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for sales teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with potential clients by phone and handling objections.
• Proactive, results-driven and target-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads through high-volume calls and email outreach.
• Follow a call-first approach to engage prospects and assess fit for Outsourced's services.
• Make 60–70 calls per day with consistent email follow-ups.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Client Partnership Managers.
• Ensure smooth handoffs of leads to sales and partnership teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve qualification and outreach strategies.
• Contribute ideas to scale the SDR function as the business grows.
• Demonstrate resilience and consistency in meeting daily and monthly targets.
