Qualifications

• Proven ability to qualify leads and book meetings for sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads through high-volume phone calls and email outreach.
• Follow a call-first approach to engage prospects and assess suitability.
• Make 60–70 calls per day with consistent email follow-ups.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Client Partnership Managers.
• Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead qualification and outreach.
• Contribute ideas to scale the SDR function as the business grows.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets with resilience.
