Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Client Partnerships Representative (Hybrid) to manage and qualify inbound leads through high-volume calls and email outreach. The role is based in Eastwood Quezon City, hybrid work arrangement.

Hours are 6am-3pm MNL, with the primary objective of engaging prospects via phone, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives and Client Partnership Managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR or similar sales role with outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calling and email outreach (60–70 calls/day).
• Strong verbal and written communication, professional prospect engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads via phone and email outreach.
• Maintain CRM records of prospect interactions and status.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Accounts Executives and Client Partnership Managers.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead qualification and outreach strategies.
• Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to sales and partnership teams.
• Persistently follow up with prospects to maximize meeting conversions.
• Contribute ideas to scale the SDR function as the business grows.
