enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel with a high-volume outbound approach (50–70 dials per day). You will qualify interest and pass opportunities to the sales team in a fast-moving trade market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound cold calling, telesales, or SDR/BDR work with a daily dial target.
• Strong spoken English with a clear, confident phone manner; able to hold a commercial conversation with tradespeople and business owners.
• CRM proficiency and disciplined data entry habits.

Responsibilities

• Make 50–70 outbound dials per day to new and lapsed trade accounts from assigned call lists.
• Open conversations with gatekeepers and reach the decision-maker promptly.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries, quotes, and website leads within the agreed response window.
• Write handover notes for sales to continue conversations without repetition.
