Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive Order Management specialist in Metro Manila to process customer orders, manage invoices, and coordinate with Sales to meet tight deadlines.

You will handle SAP order processing, ensure accurate documentation, and support local stock and import processes. The role requires strong communication skills in English, a business or supply chain background, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain field.
• Supply chain certification preferred.
• Experience in customer service, order fulfillment and processing.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and SAP for Order Processing.
• Good written and oral communication in English.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding import customs procedures and payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders, invoices, and inquiries via the customer portal, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Receive and acknowledge purchase orders within the defined SLA.
• Enter sales orders and process SAP purchase orders within 48 hours SLA.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with Sales or customers.
• Verify product availability and packaging alignment with customer specs.
• Monitor shipping documents and issue order confirmations to Sales/customers.
• Track shipping documents and ensure timely delivery to office/customers.
• Review shipping documents for accuracy and send to customers on time.
• Provide guidance and support to teammates and assist with process control and reporting.
