3M is seeking an entry-level to early-career Account Management professional in the Philippines to support order management, customer inquiries, and issue resolution. You will apply basic analytical skills and work under supervision to ensure accurate data and timely responses.

In this role you will use SAP and Salesforce to manage orders, maintain master data, and collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 1 year in related fields.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end order management using SAP or Salesforce.
• Maintain customer master data and respond to inquiries.
