Job summary

Puratos Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Officer to serve as the central point of contact for assigned customers, delivering first-class customer experience and building strong relationships. You will coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior customer service experience.
• 2+ years’ experience working knowledge of SAP, preferably in Order Management (Sales and Distribution) and Transportation.
• Knowledgeable in Digital Tools such as Power BI, CRM and Webshop.
• English and Tagalog language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders for assigned customers across Bakery, Patisserie, and Chocolate.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure orders are delivered according to customer needs.
• Manage credits, back orders, stock/QA holds, and invoicing with the supply chain team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and promotions.
• Maintain price lists and assist in 5S compliance and visitor sign-in procedures.
