Henkel Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to ensure accurate, efficient order handling from placement to delivery. You will work in a hybrid Ayala Avenue, Makati setup, supporting Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain to deliver superior customer experiences.

The role emphasizes SAP order entry, Excel-based reporting, and cross-functional problem solving to keep customers satisfied and orders on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in SAP Order Entry processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge in order entry required.
• Power BI for dashboard reporting and Python for automation preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
• Able to work mid-shift and hybrid setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
