Henkel is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist in the Makati area to ensure accurate order handling from entry to delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain to improve the customer journey.

You will process SAP orders, generate reports in SAP and Excel, track shipments, and support returns with cross-functional teams. A hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year experience in SAP Order Entry Process.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in order entry is required.
• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard reporting and Python for process automation is highly preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, handling inquiries and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
