Henkel Ltda in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist (SAP Order Entry Management) to ensure accurate, efficient order processing from placement to delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, SAP Order Entry experience, strong Excel skills, and English communication. A hybrid work setup on Ayala Avenue is available with mid-shift hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1+ year SAP Order Entry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; SAP order entry knowledge.
• Power BI for dashboards and Python for automation preferred.
• Detail-oriented and customer-service oriented; strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate SAP and Excel reports to monitor orders on hold and dispatch speed.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers; manage inquiries and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing with sales and warehouse for credit/debit notes.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales; collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain.
