3M is seeking a detail-oriented Intercompany Order Specialist in the Philippines to manage international orders using SAP and related systems. You will collaborate with source locations, supply chain teams, and 3PL partners to ensure timely exports and accurate order status.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills. You will participate in ERP deployments and process improvements while maintaining documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in customer service and SAP is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage intercompany orders using SAP/COMS/IOMS/Salesforce and related systems.
• Coordinate with supply chain and 3PL for timely international order export.
• Ensure compliance with export rules and regulations.
• Handle inquiries from international subsidiaries and escalate as needed.
• Resolve customer feedback and drive process improvements.
• Support ERP deployments and maintain SOPs and documents.
