Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service specialist to join our Manila team.

You will manage customer inquiries, process orders in SAP, and coordinate with pricing and supply chain to ensure accurate fulfillment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in Customer Service or Order Management, preferably in BPO/shared services with exposure to multiple markets across Asia, Australia, Europe, or North America.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain roles.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment preferred.
• Experience with Asia/Australia/Europe markets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage queues and cases from Salesforce.com.
• Answer customer inquiries completely and accurately.
• Enter orders in SAP and ensure proper data flow.
• Resolve order conflicts and monitor orders through shipment.
• Coordinate with pricing, supply chain and master data teams to answer inquiries.
• Provide product recommendations and alternatives to meet customer needs.
