Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and SAP specialist to manage Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, and Delivery Receipts within SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will verify documents, coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies, and generate related SAP reports.
The role requires experience with SAP inventory movements, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with multiple departments in a 6-day work-week schedule.
Process Goods Receipts (GR), Goods Issues (GI), and Delivery Receipts (D.R.) in SAP accurately and within the required timeline.
Verify supporting documents and ensure that SAP transactions are consistent with actual inventory movements.
Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in documents, inventory records, and SAP postings.
Monitor SAP transactions and follow up on pending or incorrect postings to ensure timely resolution.
Generate and submit SAP-related reports, including inventory movement reports, transaction logs, and other operational reports as required.
Maintain accurate and organized records of SAP transactions and supporting documents.
Assist operations teams by providing accurate inventory and transaction information from SAP.
Support continuous improvement of inventory and SAP transaction processes to promote accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in SAP, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP inventory transactions, particularly GR and GI, is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and reports.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
Willing to work on a 6-day work-week shifting schedule.
