Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and SAP specialist to manage Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, and Delivery Receipts within SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will verify documents, coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies, and generate related SAP reports.

The role requires experience with SAP inventory movements, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with multiple departments in a 6-day work-week schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience with SAP, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP inventory transactions is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on a 6-day work-week.

Responsibilities

• Process Goods Receipts (GR), Goods Issues (GI), and Delivery Receipts (D.R.) in SAP accurately and on time.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure SAP transactions match inventory movements.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor SAP transactions and follow up on pending or incorrect postings.
• Generate and submit SAP-related reports like inventory movement reports and transaction logs.
• Maintain records of SAP transactions and supporting documents.
• Assist operations with accurate inventory and transaction information from SAP.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory and SAP processes for accuracy and efficiency.
