Job summary

SMC Food Processing Inc. in Laguna, Philippines seeks an SAP Planner to manage warehouse transactions, inventory movements and planning via SAP.

You will coordinate with warehouse, logistics and order management teams to support receiving, storage, replenishment, picking and dispatch while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. The role requires 1+ year in relevant functions, strong SAP experience (WM/EWM/MM), and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain functions.
• Strong experience in SAP, preferably in WM, EWM, MM, or related warehouse and inventory modules.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in system transactions and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse environment.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, logistics, or third-party warehousing operations is an advantage.

The SAP Planner – is responsible for managing and monitoring warehouse transactions, inventory movements, and operational planning activities through SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations. The role coordinates with warehouse, inventory, logistics, and order management teams to support receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, dispatch, and inventory control activities. The SAP Planner ensures timely and accurate system transactions, monitors stock levels, prepares operational reports, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to achieve warehouse performance targets.
