Ecoverde Homes is seeking an Inventory Clerk/Stock Controller to manage receiving, storage, issuance, and monitoring of materials. You will ensure SAP data aligns with manual records and cooperate with procurement and warehouse teams in Batangas City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate in logistics, business, engineering or related field is advantageous.

• Warehouse or inventory experience is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel/Google Sheets skills required.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload materials, ensuring correct quantity and condition upon delivery.
• Control the issuance of materials in accordance with the approved budget and requisitions.
• Ensure SAP transaction data matches manual records, including Google Sheets and inventory logs.
• Accurately record and encode all materials prior to issuance.
• Pick and issue materials correctly based on approved requests.
• Update inventory records promptly after every issuance.
• Assist in maintaining organized and well-labeled inventory storage.
• Support inventory management activities, including monitoring stock levels.
• Assist in monthly inventory variance checking and reconciliation.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.
