Job summary

E-ROC COMMERCE PHILIPPINES, OPC is seeking a Warehouse Staff to support daily warehouse operations, with primary responsibility for processing transactions in SAP, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating system-related requirements with the warehouse team.

Key duties include encoding receipts, releases, returns, transfers, and other movements in SAP, preparing inventory and transaction reports in SAP and Excel, and ensuring proper documentation and orderly files for audit

Qualifications

• College graduate or at least college level.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process and update warehouse transactions in SAP.

• Maintain organized files and supporting documents for warehouse transactions.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative support tasks as assigned.

About the role

About you

• College graduate or at least college level.

• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience or working knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.

• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory documentation is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.
