Job summary

Overjet is seeking a Revenue Operations specialist to maintain the GTM tech stack, troubleshoot deal desk issues, and own small-to-medium systems projects. You will work with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance on daily operations and improvements.

The role emphasizes diagnosing recurring problems, building durable fixes, and writing clear documentation while operating on US Pacific hours from your time zone. Remote outside the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; hands-on experience accepted.
• Hands-on Salesforce (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, data imports).
• Experience with integrations across CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, and sales engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GTM stack health: triage deal desk questions, opportunity routing, approvals, and access requests across Salesforce and related tools.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and ship durable fixes (flows, validation rules, automation, AI-assisted workflows).
• Lead GTM systems projects from intake to launch with minimal guidance; document and drive adoption.
