Execo seeks a versatile RevOps and CRM Specialist to manage internal revenue operations, client services, and infrastructure projects in a fast-growing global firm. The role spans HubSpot, Salesforce, and compliance with SOC2/ISO, requiring proactive handling of weekly shifts.

You'll bridge CRM workstreams, optimize deal desks, and support internal teams while delivering value to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Proven ability in RevOps, deal desk, or revenue operations.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the pre-sales contract lifecycle and deal desk processing.
• Perform light administration for HubSpot to keep the revenue engine running.
• Serve as Salesforce Admin for client-facing projects and configurations.
• Provide short-term project management for internal infrastructure and support SOC2/ISO compliance processes.
• Bridge HubSpot data and Salesforce environments to ensure system synergy.
