Beyond is seeking a GTM Systems Specialist (Salesforce focused) to design, implement, and refine the technology underpinning our commercial engine. You will own Salesforce configuration, data architecture, and integrations with HubSpot and DealHub to support the business across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce administration or development in a B2B setting, strong Flow engineering skills, API callout experience, and a Salesforce ADM 201 certification or

Qualificações

• Hands-on Salesforce admin/developer experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong Flow design, branching and bulk-safe execution.
• Experience with HTTP callouts, REST APIs and authentication.
• Knowledge of data modelling, objects, relationships and rollups.
• ADM 201 Salesforce certification or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce configuration and development as the authoritative technical voice.
• Design and maintain the data model including custom objects and relationships.
• Build and manage complex flows (screen, triggered, scheduled, auto-launched).
• Design and implement API callouts; handle authentication, errors and retries.
• Own security model: profiles, permission sets, roles and sharing rules.
• Maintain metadata governance using SFDX and naming conventions.
• Translate commercial requirements into precise technical specs; deliver robust reporting.
