Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Training Specialist to facilitate onboarding and sales training initiatives, ensuring timely communication of process changes to the sales network. You will execute courses, coach staff, and support quality control of training outcomes.

The role requires at least 6 months in adult training, strong English/Tagalog communication, and solid MS Office skills. Collaboration across departments and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform training needs analysis and diagnose gaps.
• Minimum 6 months experience in adult training or teaching in similar roles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Tagalog (or local language).
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Publisher a plus.
• Excellent coordination with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute training courses for onboarding and sales initiatives.
• Test sales force performance and analyze results to identify improvement areas.
• Initiate actions to improve sales staff performance.
• Coach on the job and support quality control of training outcomes.
• Support development of training processes through e-learning and non-traditional methods.
