Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a training or sales-related function (preferably in the FMCG industry or related).
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with applicants for entry-level positions (L1 and L2).
• Coordinate the reservation and allocation of training resources.
• Administer and implement basic training and development programs for new hires.
