Job summary

Cartrack Philippines is seeking a dedicated Sales Training Specialist to design engaging training content and lead sessions for the sales team. You will coach individuals and groups, aligning programs with market trends and product updates to drive performance.

Interpret complex concepts for diverse audiences, measure impact, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure onboarding excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in software sales or sales training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
• Skilled in creating and delivering training content.
• Passionate about training and developing people.
• Organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in sales training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training materials (presentations, guides, multimedia).
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams (in-person and virtual).
• Provide one-on-one coaching to improve sales performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product updates.
• Measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with sales and product teams to align training with business goals.
• Support onboarding and training of new sales hires.
