Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Sales Training Facilitator to onboard and cascade updates to the sales network. The role focuses on delivering training courses, evaluating sales performance, and implementing improvement actions.

You will coach on the job, support quality controls, and help evolve training through traditional and non-traditional methods such as E-learning and video training, with emphasis on clear communication in English and Tagalog and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult training/teaching, minimum 6 months.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Execute training courses.
• Test sales force performance and analyze results to identify areas for improvement or retraining.
• Initiate action steps to improve sales staff performance.
• Coaching on the job for sales staff.
• Support quality control of sales staff performance.
• Develop and improve training processes through basic facilitation and non-traditional methods (E-learning, video training, etc.).
