Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Sales Training Facilitator who will drive onboarding and cascade important updates to the Sales Network. You will design and execute training courses, test performance, and coach sales staff to improve results.

The role emphasizes ongoing enhancement of training processes using traditional and non-traditional methods including E-learning, video training, and effective communication in English and Tagalog.

Qualifications

• Experience with conducting training needs analysis and diagnosis.
• At least 6 months experience in adult training/teaching or similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word; MS Publisher is a plus.
• Able to coordinate across departments and ensure clear task ownership.

Responsibilities

• Execute training courses.
• Test sales performance and analyze results to identify improvements.
• Initiate steps to improve sales staff performance.
• Coach sales staff on the job.
• Support quality control of sales staff performance.
• Improve and develop training processes through basic training facilitation and non-traditional methods (e-learning, video training).
