Qualifications

• Onboarding and ongoing sales training experience.
• Classroom, virtual, or blended delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate sales training programs for new hires and existing sales employees.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired sales personnel.
• Provide coaching to sales employees individually and in groups.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend coaching or development interventions.
• Develop and maintain training modules, presentations, manuals, assessments, and materials.
• Ensure training content aligns with products, services, and sales strategies.
• Analyze performance data and translate findings into training programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and sales results.
• Track training completion, attendance, and assessment results.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, HR, and leaders to align programs with business goals.
• Support launches, campaigns, and process changes through appropriate training.
