Hammerjack Pty Ltd is expanding onsite in General Santos City and seeks a dedicated Sales Trainer to transform fresh talent into high-performing Appointment Setters, Cold Callers, and SDRs for US-based campaigns in Insurance, Solar, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Technology.

The role requires coaching trainees with strong English, assessing progress, and delivering hands-on instruction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Team Lead, or SME in outbound call centers, BPO, or virtual assistance.
Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and outbound US-based campaigns.
Experience in Insurance, Solar, or Real Estate is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of sales and BPO tools including GHL and other dialers.
Excellent English communication with a neutral, professional accent.

Responsibilities

Conduct intensive end-to-end training for fresh hires, transforming raw talent into confident Appointment Setters, Cold Callers, and SDRs.
Rigorously evaluate trainees, identify high-potential agents, and coach struggling trainees to graduation.
Train on US-market sales strategies, objections, communication standards, and compliance for Insurance/Real Estate/Solar campaigns.
Teach trainees to navigate BPO/sales tools, CRMs, lead finders, and dialers effectively.
Develop and update training modules, scripts, rebuttals, and learning materials per client needs.
