Job summary

Divergence HR Consulting Philippines is seeking a Corporate Sales Trainer to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for the sales team. You will support onboarding, build engaging sessions, and align content with current products, services, and sales processes.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance assessment, and data-driven improvement to boost customer engagement and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, HR, Education or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales training, coaching, and learning & development.
• Proven experience in classroom, virtual or blended training.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Willing to work onsite Monday-Saturday in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate sales training programs for new hires and current sales staff.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new personnel.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to sales employees.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend coaching or development interventions.
• Develop and maintain training modules, presentations, manuals, assessments, and other learning materials.
• Ensure content aligns with products, services, sales strategies, and processes.
• Analyze performance data to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and sales results.
• Track training completion, attendance, and assessment results.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, HR and others to align programs with business objectives.
• Support sales initiatives, product launches, campaigns, and process changes through training.
