Job summary

Divergence HR Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Corporate and Sales Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs.

The role focuses on onboarding new hires, ongoing training, and coaching to improve sales performance and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales training or L&D experience, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and proficiency with office productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, sales training, coaching, or learning & development.
• Experience delivering classroom, virtual, or blended training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new sales personnel.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to sales employees.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend coaching or development actions.
• Create and maintain training modules, presentations, manuals, assessments, and other learning materials.
• Ensure content aligns with products, services, sales strategies, and company processes.
• Analyze performance data to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.
• Track training completion, attendance, and assessment results.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, HR, and stakeholders to align training with business goals.
